As a first draft of my brand, The Nest, I have created a business card with the corresponding logo below.

Personally, it reminds me more of a book cover than a fashion brand but the aesthetic and color scheme are what I was looking towards for inspiration. For this reason, it is very important to research competitors such as Depop.

A popular brand resale/vintage outfitter, Depop uses a very simple red text with a streamlined look. By researching competitors like Depop, PR specialists like myself come to understand why a logo may standout, whether it be for the typography, color usage, etc.

Furthermore, it is very important to devise a communications strategy. In doing so, teams of specialists are able to clearly develop a brand in a way that their target audiences are receptive to the outputs of content and media. This is one of the articles

provided for us during my time abroad, studying European communications strategy.

As seen with this graphic, moldboards and inspiration boards are an aesthetic collection of ideas, visuals, photos, quotes and art. These boards allow creators and brand strategist to create connections for the brand. They allow them to find different imagery and feelings that they want to evoke in consumers when interacting with a brand.
